Have you ever taken down wallpaper? If you have you know it turns out ugly, "like this picture to the left". It takes a while to tear down, and you may have to do some remodeling under the surface. But once you start to repaper the walls it begins to look much nicer. No matter what your wallpaper looks like before, there is always a chance to remodel. New wallpaper always makes things look pretty!
